I. Payment methods

1. The applicant for consular legalization must pay both consular legalization fee and service fee for consular legalization.

2. Service fee for consular legalization will be charged by the center on the date of application in Vietnam dong. Collected service fee will not be refunded even if your application for consular certification is refused.

3. The consular legalization fee will be charged by the center on behalf of the Chinese Consulate General. The consular legalization fee will be paid in US dollars when you come to the Center to receive results. The actual amount to be paid is subject to the Chinese Consulate General 's approval.
